Elected officials, clinicians and concerned citizens across the Delaware Valley will be attending a drug addiction forum this week in Montgomery County.

Dougherty is serving a ten year term on Pennsylvania’s highest court. He was sworn in last January and will remain through January 2026. He is a graduate of Temple University and Antioch School of Law, and served as assistant district attorney in Philadelphia before his career as a judge.

D.A.R.A. was formed by Montgomery County District Judge Andrea Duffy and the session will be held at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer, located at 1321 Upper State Road. The discussion will begin at 7 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m.
